Am looking for a replacement part (the Control Head) for my 1980's Merriman Yacht Specialties Pedestal. Anyone have any idea where I might try finding one ? thanks - John

I saw information on one that is being made awhile back on this list. I will go home and see if I printed it out and saved it. Mine on my 85 28.5 was badly cracked. I took it off and reinforced the entire inside with fiberglass cloth and resin. I really built it up a lot. I then used bondo to dress up the exterior. It looks fine now and is working great a year later. don't know why they made them in plastic to begin with. Jeff
