Meriman pedestal-wheel lock ?

I have a 1979 30' Hunter with a Meriman pedestal. Does anyone know where I may purchase or acquire a wheel lock system? I have talked to the Edison folk and they tell me that this is not adaptable to the Meriman. Beside the Meriman, I also have Kenyon instruments that also do not work but that another post.

Yacht specialties is no longer in business, but someone makes a replacements wheel lock and they sell it in the chandlery on this site. Look under chandlery->departments->parts
