We have a problem with the fuse holder, the receptacle is not tight & keeps melting the fuses.The fridge keeps going off. How can this be repaired out here on a desert island(Bequia)? Any advice appreciated Jim & jane, s/y Baba
No matter if it's a buss type, blade or inline it should be replaced. Supply a friend or family member with details and have them pick one up at a Radio Shack or simular store and send it to you. If it's the fuse holder in an old Danfoss control module, email me at gbuttrey@waecoadlerbarbour and I'll mail you one.
The boat is 12 years old, the machines may be original, are they danfoss?????? I am going to try & jam 2 wires inm here & making my own fuse. Thanks for your offer Jim
