...Regarding the Northern 25. After much thought, the repairs that need to be carried out, I can do, thats what I keep telling myself...lol. The boat is good to go now, but with those rotted Bulkheads, I don't want to chance it. I still think I will go ahead with this project, working and customizing the boat is something I am looking forward to as much as actually sailing her.....errrr, learning to sail her. If the Surveyor says it just needs those repairs, and everything else, like the hull is in good shape; come Friday I will own a Northern 25. Wow, not bad considering my entire family is from Newfoundland, except me and my sister, the Mainlanders! Though, the rest of the family has fishing boats in some form or another, but of course none are under sail.
