Won''t start is nebulous. Batteries low? Has it worked recently? Sudden thing, have you been using the boat or was it stored for a long time? Fuel level and filtration?

Last Fall the Atomic 4 ran fine. The gas was changed this Spring before launching. The engine didn't start this Spring. I have had trouble with water in the gas. But in doesn't have any water now, I have a fuel/ water separator. Do you have an A4?

I use the boat maybe 6 times a Summer. Since 2004 (when I had a benign brain tumor removed), I have been very limited to using the boat. However, I sail a Sonar weekly at Pier Park.
No, but I used to own a VW Bug.

I am at Constitution Marina in Charlestown. Any week day is good. I will be on the boat next Wednesday and Thursday morning (July 10th and 11th).

You can try Steve’s Shop. Although they are Yanmar mechanics, they know their way around an A4. They are in Charlestown but are very hard to get this time of year.
There is one other mechanic that I’m familiar with in the harbor but I wouldn’t recommend him unless you are desperate...good luck!

maybe a land-based gas station mechanic could take a look. at our marina all the A4 guys had a local auto mechanic who moonlighted doing A4 s..
