While researching boat specs, I keep seeing references to I, J, P, E measurements but so far am unable to find out just what each refers to. Any help would be appriciated.
Ed:Non technical definition of the measurements to which you have made inquiry would include: The "I" measurement is the distance between the deck of the boat and the tip of the mast. The "P" measurement is the distance between the top of the boom and the tip of the mast. The "J" measurement is the distance between the mast and the bow stem fitting of the forestay. The "E" measurement is the length of the boom.
