Measurements, mast to forestay at bow?

Hi, i'm 1000 miles away from my boat and need a couple of measurements. The boat is a 2001 Hunter 420 Passage with an inmast furrling main. it's a fractional rig. I called hunter but they don't have or can't find the drawings.
I need the distance in feet and inches from the base of the mast forward to the point on the bow that the forestay and/or Jib is connected to the bow.

then I need the difference (height) between the main deck to the top of the deck over the cabin at the mast.
can anyone help? it doesn't need to be exact anything will help.

The distance from the leading edge of the mast to the forestay along the deck is "J" which is listed on this site as 16' 2"
Sorry can't help with the other measurement. That will have to come from an owner.
