Measurements for Lazy Jacks?

I am going to add lazy jacks to my 1990 Catalina 30 Tall Rig, Bow Sprit. I am going to do a series with blocks on the mast and the main lines running down to cleats that are towards the lower end of the mast. My question is does anyone have the dimensions on where the Lazy Jacks should go on the mast and boom and the measurements of the lines that I would use? If anyone knows a good place to get pre-fabricated Lazy Jacks for the Catalina 30 TR, BS let me know.
