Maxxima Marine Speaker Replacement

One of my external speakers has failed, it is a CSG-3571, can anyone advise if they have had to replace one of these speakers recently as it appears the manufacture "Panor" has gone out of business. I am looking for either a genuine replacement or another make that will fit without too much modification.

Speakers are easy..

Most boat speakers are actually standard sized auto speakers. You just need to measure or remove the speaker and go to any auto sound retailer like Best Buy or Circuit City. Speakers are sold in pairs. If your speaker is oval in shape I would guess that it is a 5x7 from the model #.
