What will one find at the top of the mast to aid in adding a spinnaker block? There are two exit blocks at the base of the mast on the port side, does this indicate that there are two sheaves for jib halyards? Thanks for the help, Nelson
above the forestay attachment ...you need to find a stainless pin that will fit in the channels that run inside the mast at that point ... the pin is available somewhere in Canada ... if you go to google and input the name on the mast ... he can supply the part ... i think a few years ago it was under $15 shipped. then you run halyards up and through the mast and out the top over the forestay. Just the pin, seems to be needed ... at least I haven't noticed any problem running the cruising spin. I just ran one halyard. I don't remember if you can insert that pin with the mast raised as I did it with the mast down and remember something about unscrewing the top plate on the mast. but I think that guy in Canada can tell you for sure.Vic "Seven"
