Looking for feedback on Masthead Enterprises for proving new RF Genoa sail for our Catalina 30. Checking pricing and they seem to be the best on agents for Rolly Tasker sails. Have not heard too much about them and was wonding about their customer service, etc. Thanks Jeff

Don't know about them but...

But Dirk at National Sail Supply is a Rolly Tasker (RT) dealer and is great to deal with. Sometimes Dirk even has Catalina 30 sails in stock! I have purchased 6 sails from Dirk over the years and he's incredible to deal with! Keep in mind an RT sail is built to the specs the dealer orders ie: double stitched or tripple stitched, sail cloth weight, hand finished with leather, draft stripes etc. etc.. Dirk's specs are usually better than the other dealers but still very competitively priced. http://www.nationalsail.com/

I certainly would not reccommend doing business with Dirk. I had a really bad experience. Wouldn't refund shipping an a returned sail that wasn't up to specs and overall three months to get the correct sail. It still wasn't up to specs and I decided to cut my losses. Never again......

I was in the Masthead store about a month ago. They have a large sail loft and seem to be very into the business and knowledgeable. I would have no trouble dealing with them, but it is much easier when you can talk face to face. If you like I could take a look at the sail for you before you buy. I am no expert but have been sailing for many years.
