Hi all, I am going to pull my mast this year and do some long overdue work on the rig and wiring. Its a Jeanneau 38, anyone have any exp with an older Jeanneau. I have 4 halyards inside, is the wiring seperated somehow? I need to change all the wires, coaxial cable also. I am thinking I don't want lines and wires mixed together.... Red:cry::neutral:

Either the mast has a separate channel just for the wiring or install a conduit (if there isn't one already.

Do you know the manufacturer of the mast? The larger Kenyon masts like mine have a channel behind the sail track. The track slides out the bottom exposing all the wire. It is wire tied every ten feet or so to support the weight. So it cannot be pulled out.
