I'm having trouble figuring out the wiring for the mast lights on a 1986 Hunter 25.5. I've verified the bulbs are good and I have power to the 4 prong plug connector. Can anyone help with a description of which wires connect at the base of the mast?

Just re-wired mine....
in my drive-way. I use four conductor wire. It does not matter what colors you use. I use green and black for the streaming light (1/3 way up the mast)(black is ground of course). I use white and red for the two lights at the top (anchor light)one toward bow and one toward stern.

Greg, knowing nothing about the H25.5 I can
only say that the only wires that connect to the base of the mast are for the lightening ground. Nothing that carries ships-power belong there.
