Mast Track Slides

What should I use and what is the best way (without stepping the mast)to lubricate the mast track slides on a 222.

to lubricate mast track,take old sail slug attach main halyard,then attach a downhaul,wrap a small rag to slug and spray with fasttrack or a silicon lubricant.haul up ,pull downhaul back down 2 or 3 times.works good for me,hope this helps.happy sailing
