Mast Track Padeye

My 1983 Catalina 30 has 2 padeyes screwed in the track of my mast for my mainsheet. One of the padeyes broke and I am looking for a replacement. I have tried all the big name suppliers and haven't had any luck finding a padeye that will exactly replace the broken one. Anyone have any ideas where I might find an exact replacement?

But have you tried a locksmith?Hardware store or major home repair likeHome Depot, Loews or Menards?Just be sure it's heavy duty and stainless.Also a machine shop might be able to make one.Or a welding shop with a good grinder.Good Luck,Joe (I also have an 83 c30)

Pad Eye

Are you talking about the double pad eye that is below the boom and holds the Main Sheet and Vang? If so you can get it from Catalina Direct in Calf (800-959-7245). I bought a new one from them last year.
