mast step sheaves

At the base of the mast step thier are two halyard sheaves. they seem to be held in place by a screw on the side of the step. Are the sheaves removalable and how is it done. Looked in the archives no luck. Have 82 h27 one inch shaft is 3/16 the right packing?

Replaced one of mine

My Hunter 28 has a ZSpar mast. The mast base has turning blocks with a threaded screw on the end. I took the line out and just unscrewed the block from a nut that is slid in from the side. Hope this makes sense.
