Has anyone had experience with broken turning blocks connected to studs in the cast aluminum mast step? The studs have broken the mast step and pulled out.

Repair for broken mast step
I have a cure for the broken mast step. I have also made a pattern so that anyone else who has a similar problem can have the same cure. A photo is attached showing the repaired mast step. The new item is much stronger and can now safely take the strain of multiple turning blocks.
