Mast Sleeve

Typhoon Songda, laid my 33' Hunter onto her side and damaged the mast. I've removed the mast, and will rightside her this week. Where/whom can I contact to order a mast sleeve, and do they fabricate the sleeve with a spacer to offset the 4" of mast I'll loss when I cut the kink out?

She's a 1978 Hunter 33'...moored at Kadena Marina, Okinawa, Japan.
