mast raising triangles

I have a 1976 oday 25 with the optional mast raising system. My original rigging has the triangle plates on the outside shrouds ( the origional owners manual illustrates outside also). However, my replacement shrouds have the triangle plates on the inside. Does this matter? Thanks in advance..... -dc

D&R Marine

I have a 1981 25 Oday with the triangle plates on the upper shrouds.there has been some discussion on this recently.Did you buy your replacements from D&R Marine? I really don't think it makes any differance at all
