Mast raising Systems

Hello All, Recently I became a Hunter-23 Owner and would love to get this beauty into the water. I am However, being overcome by the mast at raising. De-stepping at the time of purchase damaged the foot and set me back a month in repairs. Does anyone have any info about a system exclusive to Hunter or should I continue with my plans to create one from scratch using tubular steel on the trailer and transom?Any suggestions will be welcomed. On the boat information page for the h23 (see attached link), you will see several photo articles for building mast raising systems. You can design your own, but most of these work quite well and have been built by many people. Look them over and pick the one you like best.Ward Niffenegger
