Hey Tom,

Looks like the A frame 2x4 is somehow attached to the stancion. How is it held in place on the deck/stancion? I had mine braced against the chainplate on Oday 272 but pressure on chainplate contributed to failure of the bulkhead inside where chainplate connects. Jim L

The base of the 2x4s are angled, fitted with carpet and have an eyebolt on each leg. I tie lines to the stanchion bases just to hold it in place and allow movement. Next year I will try just a line through the eybolt holes.
