Mast raising on a 23 or 25

I currently own a Catalina 30, I however previously had an O'Day 23. A friend of mine currently has a Catalina 25 and asked me about raising and lowering his mast. When I had my O'Day I had a great set of instructions on how to raise and lower the mast. When I sold my O'Day I gave everything to the new owner. Would anyone have a copy of the instructions O'Day had provided. I would appreciate them e mailed to me at: wjaffe@optonline.net

I believe the instructions you have mentioned are here in the manual section under oday 25' I don't remember exactly where but it should be easy to find.
