I'm trying to restore the wiring of 1979 Spirit 28, the connector at the base of the mast was broken. The schematic shows a mast anchor light, a mast running light, and spreader lights. The mast itself has a white light at the top, visible 360 degrees. At about halfmast, there is a lighting fixture with two lamps, one at the top of the fixture, and one that shows from the bottom of the fixture. The two lamps at halfmast are not visible from the stern, rather they are mounted at the front side of the mast. Can anyone say which lamp is what? I'm pretty sure the top most light is the mast running light, to be illuminated when navigating under sail.Is the upper halfmast lamp the anchor light, and the lower the spreader light? The lower halfmast lamp might provide some illumination to the foredeck. Thanks in advance for your help!
