Mast height

Hi, I'm new to this forum and just need some information. We are looking to buy a sailboat (had a Allmand 31' years ago) and now have been looking at the Catalina 30. Can someone tell me the average bridge clearance? We live on Dunns Creek off the St. Johns River and have 2 bridges with approximately 46-47 ft clearance. Don't know why yacht brokers don't list that on their spec sheets!

Standard Rig Mast height from Waterline: 45' 11"
Tall Rig Mast height from Waterline: 47" 11"

A little close for my comfort - you may want to look at the Catalina 27 - that mast is about 5' shorter to my recollection.
