I just had the forward portion of the mast head break off on my 1991 32S5. I caught it before the mast went down, but he mast had actually moved forward in the mast head. I replaced the part and the old one was corroded but I do not know if it was that or a hard jibe, weather damage, or a combination of things over the 11 year life span of the boat which caused this. Anyone else have a similar problem?
