According to Julian, there were several mast bases and mast foot's(?) used on these masts over the years. The ones on the H23's, at least the 1988's anyway, have not been made for a while and there are none available in the US.He refered me to Rig-Rite, also, back in May. They have a number of bases and feet on their web site. Us-Spars have several, also. None match what Lee and I have. For some reason, even though US-Spars is the importer, they cannot get the base. Rig-Rite a Z-Spar "dealer", can, once it is identified. It also costs $235. There were four different bases with the internal halyard sheeves. The differences are the angles of the casting where the sheeves are pinned in.Attached is a photo is of the starboard side where the halyards come out. I have enlarged it and it is a little grainy, but . . . This is what we have on our 23's.Bill Bowman
