Mast Bridals for a Hunter 26

Hi Everyone,

Does anybody know the length of the mast bridals for a Hunter 26. I measured from the mast to to side rails and I think they should be 71" but would like to know for sure before I have them made. We purchased the boat from a guy that did not have them. Thank you all for your time and any help you can provide. Rick 954-638-9080

Hey Guys Just a heads up, I think in this case
there is a difference between the h26 and h260.

260 has struts, 26 has removable mast bridals. Manual linked to is for the 26 (as well as 19&23.5). It gives specific measurement points and specs for making the bridals.

Twalker is correct that the 260 which came with the struts eliminated the removable bridal wires which were solely used for stabilizing the mast when raising and lowering only on the 26 and not the 260. Therefore, the length mentioned to bridal wires is only for the 26.

Originally, Seco South made the wires but I bet you Phil probably can do so as well. One end is a T toggle and the other end is a pelican hook. I would suggest with the mast up noting the length from the hole of attachment on the mast to the stanchion where attatched and allow a little more so they will not be taunt with the mast up. To update, I have spoken with Rick and corresponded with him. He has ordered parts and will wait till they are in and will raise and lower the mast at home while I will be on standby by phone. He has a homebuilt trailer for his boat and have advised if the carrying weight capacity does not carry all the weight, a second axle is suggested
