I'm trying to locate a centerboard for my Columbia Mk II. This is what has been told to me which I don't quite understand. Bill, About $3,000 to fabricate and install a center board. Another idea would be to “Blank it off” at the bottom using fiberglass at a cost of half that and not have to hear it rattling around when it’s up. (most of the time) This could be accomplished in such a way that any future change of mind could easily be reversed. Any layman's explanation or where I might locate one would be greatly appreciated.
