My boat is registered in the Marshall Islands, and I need to have an "attorney of record" who handles all of the correspondence. I can't stand my attorney and am looking for recommendations for another one. Any suggestions?

Todd Lochner, I don't know him personally and he is not a known relation, I have read a few of his articles and he does present seminars at the Annapolis Boat Show.
