Spinnaker
Hi Andre -Are you looking to install gear for a conventional spinnaker or gennaker? The former will require some or all of the folowing: mast track, mast ring, spin pole with bridles for topping lift and foreguy downhaul, sheets, halyard. A gennaker will require sheets and halyard. As you can tell, a gennaker is a lot easier to rig and sail! Both will require snatch blocks to attach to the aft cleats or pad eyes for the sheets. You could just use you genoa/jib primary winches to simplify. Take a look at several sailing texts out there to clarify rigging, but it should be relatively simply on a smaller boat such as the Mariner.Hope this helps,Trevor
