I think either, STUART Marine, current builder of the MARINER sells cushion sets and I think that you can get either a set of 2, 3, or 5 to cover the V-berth. The 2009 MARINER that I looked at at the New England Boat show had 2-pieces with the seam running fore & aft and that would seem to make accessing the head a bit of a chore. The 3-pc set would look the same as the 5-pc that I've posted a pic of below, except the aft 3 pieces would be all one. I'd probably go with the 3-piece set or have a local cushion shop (even an automotive upolstery shop) make up a 2-pc set with the forward piece being the same as the fwd 2 pieces of the pictured example, and the aft piece covering the aft section (over sink, head, and icebox). The first pic below shows one owner's custom cushions. The one for a 1973 shows 2 pieces divided across the boat at the mast support, not the best photo, but it gives you an idea!
