I have looked a numerous booksellers online. So far the book I am searching for is not available. Refrigeration: a Practical Guide for Apprentices. We are wanting to upgrade our coil freezer, eventually into a blast freezer. We fish for Salmon and Albacore Tuna. Our Boat the Peso II is a 52 ft classic Troller. A beauty. Any word on this book will be appreciated, advise or referrals. thanks, Bobbi

I think a google search is the way to go.

Blast freezers are a little beyond the scoop of recreational boaters.
