marine air cm16h heating issue

I have a marine air cm16h that works great in cool mode but out of the blue stopped heating. When turning the thermostat to warm the compressor kicks in but no heat. I fully cleaned unit, made sure pump working great, just don’t know why won’t heat

Any suggestions?

Sounds like the reversing valve is either not energized or is stuck. (I own a HVAC company)

Don’t have those credential, but reversing valve issue gets my vote (I’ve had same proble).

In heat mode tap the valve with a plastic end of screw driver they stick allot . I believe it tells you in the manual to regularly switch it heat and cool to exercise the valve to prevent it from sticking
