The anchorage south of Peanut Island is good holding. There is a noticeable current when the tide changes. Their are several marinas in the area-Sailfish on Singer Is, and several on the west side of the intercoastal. Bob

There's also a nice anchorage just south of the Ocean Avenue bridge in Lantana. There's also a nice restaurant (The Crab Shack??) right there that you can dingy over to and tie up. I don't know how long the local regulations permit you to anchor.
