Marina del Rey Marina Recommendation?

I'm thinking about moving my boat down the coast to Marina del Rey (in search of calmer seas for family sailing) and am looking for marina recommendations in Marina del Rey. I'm looking for a marina with upgraded services - clean bathrooms and showers, good parking, etc for a 26' boat. A pool would be a plus to give my 7 year old daughter something to do when we're not on the boat.Any recommendations would be appreciated.Thanks,Tony Krizkriz.tony@adelphia.net

Tony..When I checked for a 45' slip a few months

ago I was told good luck. With all the rebuilding of docks at Marina Del Rey many owners are displaced and empty slips are non existant. Hope you have better luck than I did..Dick McKeeS/V Constellation

Lack of larger slips.....

I was down there yesterday looking around and was told that there is a lack of slip spaces for larger boats - 36'+.I'm hoping that a 25' slip will be easier to come by.
