I have a 1987 O’day 27 LE. The diaphragm in the manual bilge pump is torn. I removed the pump. The info from the pumps reads whale gusher. I looked for a repair kit and found whale gusher comes in a couple different models a #8 and a # 10 and maybe more.i don’t know what model i have . Any help appreciate.

I wish I knew how to post pictures. I am lucky i can log on to a site. My pump doesn’t look like that # 10 pump.there is a kit called whale titan repair kit but the casing on my pump reads whale gusher. I will see if someone can post pictures of my pump. Thanks guys for your reply.

Note that the Urchin has a "joker" outlet valve where the "8" does not.. The hose fittings can be 1" or 1 1/2" depending on whether they've been cut. If that is a holding tank pump out, it probably has 1 1/2" hose connections.

I took the old pump tp WM. A guy there knew right away what type of pump it is. It’s a gusher urchin. Thanks to everyone for your input. I will have the repair kit Friday.
