manual/ electric head conversion

I have noticed that Jabsco offers an electric toliet conversion for the Wilcox Crittenden head mate manual toliet... has anyone had experience with or tried this conversion? Pros and cons? I also noticed that a couple of suppliers of this product have it listed as discontinued so I'm wondering if there are design flaws? any help is greatly appreciated.

Conversion kits fit all toilets

They're actually just the new toilet minus the bowl. Jabsco offers a couple of conversion kits...the most basic--29200 only replaces the manual pump and does NOT macerate. The 37255 is a macerating toilet that's the 37010 minus the bowl. The pick of the whole litter is the Raritan SeaEra, a macerating toilet that's also available as either a complete toilet or a conversion kit that will work with any bowl. Both are also available in sea water and pressurized flush water models. About the same price as the Jabsco macerating versions, but a LOT more durable.
