manual bilge pump?

we're the proud owners on a '95 beneteau 321, but i haven't been able to locate the manual bilge pump. i also have a t-handle (much like the engine shutoff) thats just inside the aft end of the cockpit locker that i have no idea what its for. any information would be appreciated.

Manual Bilge Pump

The manual bilge pump on my '95 321 is located on the starboard side, under the removable captain's seat, by the walk-thru transom.Again, on my boat, the T-lever in the port cockpit locker is the fuel shut-off for the fuel line from the tank to the engine (the fuel tank is higher than the engine and you need to close the shut-off when servicing the primary fuel filter or the fuel will continue to run down hill.
