Managing space in storage areas

I have a lot of space in various storage areas under seats, etc. (Catalina 27). However, a lot of this space is next to batteries, head tanks, etc. I'd like some way of storing stuff in these areas so that it won't shift

Netting

I'm thinking that the netting might be prone to unsnapping if whatever you're storing shifts much. It wouldn't really take much to glass in a few separators

Velcro

Depending upon the weight of the items you plan to store you could invest a little time and build some movable wooden or plexiglass panels which you could secure with velcro. I've seen it done and it works well.
