The finish/stain on the companionway doors on my 2012 B40 are fading and need something. I would like top keep the original satin finish. Benetau told me the stain they use is proprietary, and not available to purchase. I am not a fan of Cetol or other shiny finishes. Any suggestions?

Check out semco. Several tones available might suit your requirement. Not sure what you have on your dorms right now but to apply the semco product you would need to all ? ya cleaner and then a brightener then the Semco. All available as a pack from Semco. Suggest if you do decide to use the product take the time to remove the doors and set them up on a trestle or similar. Good luck
To minimize maintenance we use Semco, and when the boat is not in use, we cover all teak with Sunbrella, including the toe rails.
