Mainsheet traveler problem

Does anyone know who the manufacturer is for the mainsheet traveler for recent model Hunters? I have a 2005 H33.

The traveler is no longer sliding smoothly on the track and I was hoping I could find a technical manual online for some guidance on troubleshooting.

Clean

Clean the track with fresh water and spray dri lube that's what I do when it stops sliding and wash and rinse with fresh water often to keep it working good.

Will give that a try. Do you know if it is Harken or Lewmar?

I am pretty sure mine is Harken on 2007 H-36 and once mine was sticking also and I think I just washed it all down with fresh water and sprayed dri lube but now just wash it down often with fresh water and never had a problem since.

Jim:

I had a Harken on my '85 H'31. If you try to remove the car from the track, be careful. Ours came with a device that you shoved in the car to prevent the bearing from fall out. I do not know if they are still mfg. that way, but this is just a heads up.

Typically the dirt, bugs & salt can bugger them up, so washing with clean water is the way to start.

Got down to the boat this past weekend. Flushed the traveler real well with the water hose. Amazing....that did the trick. Thanks for everyone's help!
