So I am finally about ready to get the boat in the water after a ton of work.

While I've sailed with others, I have never rigged anything before. I was more along for the ride and would do as instructed. I thought I would be able to locate some diagrams or good images online to help me along, but have been unable to find any good diagrams on the mainsheet. I have everything (I think) figured out except except the mainsheet. I have a mid cockpit traveler that is original to my Rhodes 19 and not sure how the main sheet should go. Does anyone have diagrams, or willing to share an image of their setup? I am most likely over thinking it, but would be nice to see what is correct.

You might want to check over at the Day Sailer forum http://www.daysailer.org/ . The O'Day Day Sailer I is similar to the Rhodes 19 except a little over 2' shorter. Some of the racing Day Sailers use a traveler and someone on the forum might be able to help. The rig should be similar. Also, on the Rhodes 19 forum there is a section for "Tuning the Rhodes 19" http://www.rhodes19.org/common/index.php?com=rhod&div=EE&nav=EE&page=E08 that may have information that you could use.

Thanks for posting that John. I do not see a Rhodes 19 listed there, only an O'day 19, which is a different boat. I'll email them. I did see a free, which is always nice, original Mariner rigging instruction page that will help a little.

I was sure I saw one for the Rhodes 19, must have been mistaken.

Joe,
Try the "Mariner Class Association".
http://www.usmariner.org

Most everything applicable to a Mariner applies to a Rhodes.
Great tightknit group and dues are dirt cheap. Tons of information!
