Mainsheet block kit

Has anyone ordered the mainsheet block kit from Catalina direct or Garhauer marine? I have a C-30 , 1990. Have the blocks gotten so much better from 1990 to now? I want to know for $160 if it's worth it. Thanks, Joe

Yes, it is worth the money. My blocks were vintage 1985, and the difference is remarkable. Besides, the Garhauer blocks, which are high quality, are so much less expensive than other brands.

ABSOLUTELY! I upgraded this past summer and it's worth every penny. I purchased the entire kit - vang, blocks and traveller. FANTASTIC!
