Mainsail size

I have a 1995 Hunter 40.5 and I am looking for the dimensions of just the Mainsail--every place I have looked gives total sail area including Jib--I may have access to a replacement sail but I dont want to take the main off because of teh Dutchman lines--doable but quicker would be if someone knew.

I've done the measuring by clipping a

100 foot fabric (not metal) tape measure to the halyard and hoisted. Also found this tape measure useful for measuring line, accurary of depth sounder etc.
