Mainsail Catalina 27

I bought a 1977 Catalina 27 and am almost finished with the refit and am ready to hoist the mainsail.
Does someone have a photo of there mainsail to boom attachment? I am not sure how to attach mainsail although I think I can come up with something.

You put the pin on the top of the boom through the tack of the mainsail.
