Downeast Diesel - John Spofford - 207-244-5145 Southwest Harbor. He's got a good reputation. Not a Yanmar mechanic in particular. My boat winters up Somes Sound from there @ Jock William's yard & his mechanic seems pretty good too. In Stonington, Deer Isle I think its Billings Marine Diesel. Further south I don't know. Looking at Mack Boring's website I don't see a lot of support for Yanmar in Maine. I bought mt Pearson 34 in New London CT three years ago and had engine survey done, got great help & parts support by Olde Lyme Marina who are excellent with Yanmars. Mine is an 85 3GMF.
