It's that time of year again and I hope to see some forumites at the Maine Boat Builders show this year.

Once again I will be working at the Mobile Marine Canvas booth with my buddy Seth. I know I will at least be there on Saturday. Unfortunately Sunday I have prior commitments. I will put my screen name under my real name on my boat show badge so you'll know which guy I am in the booth.

I hope to be going Sunday with some friends coming down from Bar Harbor for the show but I have a shoot Saturday for another TV show I'm working on. It's going to at least muck up the weekend and I might miss the show entirely if they decide to do it out of state.

I'm curious to see whether the mood will be terribly bleak or if it will be a pleasant diversion in the current crisis.

I will be there Sunday. I will be the guy walking around with a tall blond boat babe and a shiny new pedestal guard. I have to get through 9 days in the BVIs first. What a pain :dance:

Oh and BTW, Maine Sail does not need to add any screen name to his badge. He will be the guy holding the Makita 9227, bottle of rubbing compound and a microfiber cloth tied to his head.

This is a GREAT show and is unlike the "mass production" boat shows. You will actually see some of the finest craftsmen and builders in the boating industry!
