I'm likely going to replace the main halyard masthead sheave this spring on my 1995 h336. Any tips, tricks or advice? If you've done this, what did you use as a replacement (brand, model, etc.)? Thanks in advance for your help. Ned Strain s/v Family Therapy

Mast up or mast down?

Ned: Are you going to do this with the mast up or down? I personally would not want to try it with the mast up. You should be able to get OEM replacment parts. If you cannot find them you should be able to find something by taking the old one to a shop and have them mic the shaft and take the other dimensions off the old ones.
