Madison WI sailors?

Wander down to the Memorial Union on the UW campus, walk around to the lake side, and look for the tunnel that goes into the gloomy depths. Sailors lurk there. All kinds of "hoofers," who take out all those boats you see.

I've lurked around the union and wondered where all the sailors were. If I'm visiting my brother in Madison and I get bored while the rest of the family is sitting around watching football on a perfectly breezy day, can I just wander on down there out of the blue and get lucky enough to find someone who is looking for some crew members?
