CL listing has indeed expired. From the photos, I am pretty sure she is one of the original 18 or so with the tall rig and deep keel - 8'6" - which in fact is bolted sideways inside a box below the salon sole. That is why that area of the sole is raised up and has inspection ports.
Owned one - hull #1 - for four years of tropical cruising. Fantastic boat. Great fun to sail. Lots of interior space and a darn good cruiser if sailed with lots of respect. Would love to buy her. Too bad the last one ran me out of money! lol
